Responsibilities
- Welcome guests to the venue with a smile and positive 5i attitude
- Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists
- Manage reservations in MindBody, our booking software
- Escort customers to assigned simulator or bar areas
- Provide information on specials as well as memberships and league information
- Acknowledge customers upon their departure
- Cook up with wait staff about available simulator options
- Maintain a clean reception area
- Answer incoming calls and address customers’ inquiries
- Assist other staff as needed
Requirements
- Golf, server, and/or hospitality experience encouraged but NOT required
- Demonstrable customer-service skills
- Excellent communication skills both on the phone and in-person
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor all simulators and bar area
- Availability to work various shifts as needed
