Responsibilities

• Ensure various guest touch points are regularly sanitized and cleaned
• Engage in friendly conversation when seating guests and introducing the server
• Manage the restaurant waiting list during high volume to accurately set guest expectations
• Genuinely thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
