About the role

We are seeking full and part-time hosts to represent our brand and create a great first impression for guests at our busy, upscale cocktail bar. The host maintains the flow of service and the waitlist, providing accurate estimated wait times to maximize venue space without overwhelming staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain control of a high-volume venue
• Manage the waitlist and provide accurate estimated wait times
• Ensure smooth flow of service
• Communicate effectively with guests and staff
• Set up and maintain POS systems and reservation platforms (Resy or OpenTable)

Requirements

• Professional and polished demeanor and appearance
• At least 2 years of experience in hospitality and customer service
• Experience with Resy Reservations or OpenTable
• Fluent in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to work late nights and weekends
• Interest in cocktails
• TIPS certified (optional for hiring, but required after joining the team; reimbursed)
