About the role

Clyde’s Willow Creek Farm, a restored 18th‑century farm in Ashburn, VA, is part of the Clyde’s Restaurant Group, which operates 14 concepts across the DMV area. Responsibilities

• Greet every guest in a friendly manner as they enter the restaurant.
• Check the host podium for complete setup of materials and supplies at the start and end of the shift.
• Clean menu covers, replace old or worn menus, and distribute them to bars and dining rooms.
• Escort guests to requested and/or prearranged tables.
• Assist servers with duties such as resetting tables or fulfilling guest requests.
• Answer the phone promptly with a friendly and cordial greeting.
• Communicate with customers and vendors, relay incoming calls to the appropriate people, and take messages.
• Listen patiently and politely to customer inquiries and complaints, providing accurate information about the restaurant, directions, and menu.
• Direct customer complaints and problem calls to the appropriate staff; handle reservation inquiries, review the reservation book, and inform customers about seating availability.
• Prepare menus and reservations for large parties and assist in arranging tables and chairs.
• Bid departing parties a closing salutation and “Thank You.”
• Inspect, clean, and restock bathrooms as needed.
• Check back at tables to ensure customer satisfaction and foster positive customer relations.

Pay

Pay range: $13‑$17 per hour.
