Responsibilities

• Ensure prompt, efficient, and friendly greeting and seating of guests.
• Coordinate the organization, traffic flow, and cleanliness of the dining room.
• Aid in the training and development of new team members.
• Facilitate To-Go orders via phone or online ordering and execute them in a timely manner.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions for all guest transactions.
• Maintain reservations, waiting lists, and take-out procedures.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
• Monitor and enforce alcohol service compliance with relevant licensing authorities, Serve Safe Alcohol training, and Boston’s Pizza guidelines.
• Report any concerns to the manager immediately.
• Engage in frequent guest contact and maintain high visibility in the dining room.
• Attend to guests promptly and serve them according to Boston’s high standards.
• Involving a manager when a negative guest experience is identified.
• Promote a smooth and even flow of the dining room.
• Thank every guest for their patronage sincerely.
• Maintain a high level of food and beverage knowledge.
• Ensure all menu items are prepared according to Boston’s standards and methods.
• Implement and help with ongoing and upcoming promotions.
• Maintain a clean and safe dining environment.
• Control time and temperature throughout the food flow.
• Pursue good personal hygiene and prevent cross-contamination.
• Follow proper checklists and cleaning schedules.

Requirements
