Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude
- Manage restaurant seating and guest flow
- Maintain an accurate waitlist
- Escort guests to tables
- Communicate wait times and seating information
- Answer guest questions and provide helpful service
- Keep the entrance, lobby, and host area clean and organized
- Support servers, managers, and other team members as needed
- Help create a welcoming guest experience
Requirements

- Ability to remain active throughout the shift

- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
