Host an International High School Exchange Student (Montgomery, AL)

About the role

SHARE! Your Heart & Home with a high school exchange student. SHARE! students, aged 15-18 from various countries, are looking for a family to host them for a school year or semester.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and welcoming environment for the exchange student
• Attend the local high school with the exchange student
• Ensure the exchange student has access to medical care and insurance
• Help the exchange student adjust to life in the new country
• Share cultural experiences with the exchange student

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Willing to provide housing and meals for the exchange student
• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Be able to communicate effectively in English
• Have a stable income and financial stability

Qualifications
