About the role

The Waterford at Mansfield, a Sonida Senior Living community in Mansfield, Ohio, is a premier retirement community offering Assisted Living and Memory Care. The Hospitality Service Attendant provides professional dining service to residents and guests, supports food preparation, and helps maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents and guests seated in the dining room in a professional manner following established procedures.
• Assist in drink and food preparation for residents.
• Perform clean‑up tasks, wash dishes, and set up and take down dining areas.
• Prepare and serve snacks, replenishing stock items in common‑area refreshment centers.
• Assist chefs with food preparation tasks as assigned.
• Complete dishwashing duties and manage schedules for efficient dining service operations.

Qualifications

• One to two years’ experience in a similar position preferred.
• Twelve (12) plus years of education preferred.
