As an on‑site Hospitality Porter, you will play a key role in maintaining client relationships and ensuring overall account success. You’ll work in an energetic environment, mastering food & beverage craft, collaborating with teammates, and meeting new people daily.
Responsibilities
- Coffee Machine Services: replenish coffee beans, reset waste bins, empty drip trays, and maintain machines clean inside and out.
- Inventory Tasks/Storage Room: properly store inventory (dry goods vs refrigerated) using FIFO rotation, keep the stockroom neat, remove trash, cardboard and recycling, and compile a list of items needed for the next delivery and submit it before noon.
- Water Machine Services: empty drip tray and keep the machine clean inside and out.
- Snack & Fruit Services: note low‑inventory items during morning setup, restock items with labels facing out following FIFO rotation, remove expired products from kitchens, distribute fruit varieties to each kitchen, remove damaged fruit, and sort fruit properly for donations.
- Expired Products: return any expired products to the storage room for counting and notify the solutions desk so they can be returned to the warehouse.
Requirements
- Previous hospitality experience with a proven track record of success.
- Current food handler card and understanding of basic food safety principles.
- Meticulous, dependable, organized, forward‑thinking, initiative‑taking, and approachable.
- Careful understanding of products, allergens, and ingredients.
- Ability to understand and execute oral and written instructions, and request clarification when needed.
- Prepare coffee drinks by following recipes and using grinding and brewing equipment.
- Ability to educate customers and answer coffee/food‑related questions.
- Track inventory for snacks, drinks, and coffee products.
- Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns, maintain supplies, and assist with preventive maintenance.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following organizational standards and sanitation regulations.
- Experience in client success, hospitality, or operations and a passion for building customer relationships.
- People‑person attitude; enjoy meeting others and collaborating as a team.
- Understanding of how to create a great customer service experience.
- Focus on quality and pride in your work.
- Comfortable with responsibilities and able to stay calm in a fast‑paced, energetic environment.

Pay
$20–23 per hour.
Schedule
Monday‑Friday, approximately 6 am–12 pm. Expected 20–29 hours per week (part‑time).
