Hospitality Lead - Tech Ridge

About the role

As a Hospitality Leader at Tacodeli, you will help shape the culture, develop future leaders, and ensure every guest experiences the hospitality that makes Tacodeli special. You’ll lead by example, inspire your team, and help create memorable experiences for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Develop Great People: Coach and develop Team Members through positive feedback, recognition, and hands-on training.

• Drive Operational Excellence: Lead shifts that deliver exceptional food quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and hospitality.
• Ensure consistent execution of our scratch-made menu and operational standards.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation practices that protect our guests and team.
• Utilize operational tools and resources to support restaurant success.
• Recognize and celebrate team wins while reinforcing great behaviors.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 10 pounds frequently.
