Hospitality Lead

The Role

We're looking for a Hospitality Lead who can connect deeply with individuals, guide them through our life-changing offerings, and help them take the next steps in their journey. You'll also support your team as needed.

What You'll Do

• Build strong, compassionate relationships with individuals
• Educate and answer questions about our life-changing offerings
• Help individuals feel comfortable and supported as they begin their journey
• Be adaptable and step in for other roles when necessary

What You Need

• A High School Diploma or GED
• A strong customer service mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and basic math skills
• A minimum of 3 years of full-time experience, preferably in leadership
• Experience in roles such as orthopedic, dental, or vision offices, caregiver for children with disabilities (e.g., autism, muscular dystrophy), professional tutoring, personal coaching, or high-end restaurant service
