Hospitality Coordinator
About the role
The Hospitality Coordinator position is a key customer-facing role that provides direct support to the sales staff in varying capacities. The role establishes a positive impression while customers are in the store, ensures customers are directed to the appropriate areas, and coordinates while-you-wait services.
Responsibilities
- Provides exceptional customer service to clients and sales personnel to enhance the customer experience and assist with meeting company revenue goals.
- Fields and directs questions about some of the finest luxury brands in the industry, including Rolex, David Yurman, Cartier, John Hardy, Roberto Coin, Patek Philippe, Marco Bicego, Mikimoto Pearls, Breitling, TAG Heuer, and more.
- Directs customers to the appropriate person or area of the store that will meet their needs.
- Coordinates while-you-wait services such as jewelry cleaning and watch battery replacements.
- Supports and assists sales personnel in working with, retrieving, tracing, and/or checking merchandise.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- 1-2 years customer service experience required
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- Some college experience or college degree preferred
- Retail experience in a luxury setting preferred

Physical Demands
