Hospitality Coordinator

Duties

• The Hospitality Coordinator is responsible for being the primary Food & Beverage contact for special events and reservations.
• Serves as the liaison between the residents and dining staff.
• Verifies management schedules.
• Checks deliveries.
• Completes administrative tasks for the dining department.
• Provides coverage for any area/station in the absence of scheduled dining room staff.

Qualifications

• A High School graduate or equivalent education.
• A minimum of one year Event Coordinator or Catering Manager experience with fine restaurant, club, hotel, or similar institutions.
• Strong computer skills.
