Every Beaufort Memorial team member is responsible for providing exceptional service and being a friendly face greeting patients, families, and visitors. Hospitality teams—including dietary, housekeeping, security/entrance greeters, and transport staff—play a key role in ensuring patients and families feel comfortable and welcome in a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment that supports healing.
