About the role
The Hospitality Associate (HA) serves as a key point of contact between patients, Food and Nutrition Services, and Nursing Services. Their responsibilities include managing patient meal orders, making necessary menu modifications, ensuring timely and accurate meal deliveries, and maintaining clear communication with various departments such as patient services manager, nursing, dietitian, and production staff. Additionally, they are responsible for cleaning and sanitizing the meal service areas.

Qualifications
