Hospitality Associate

Responsibilities

• Prepare meeting and conference spaces based on the daily calendar, arranging room layouts, refreshments, and audio/visual equipment as needed.
• Restore conference rooms to their standard condition after each use, removing materials, resetting furniture, and coordinating returns with external vendors when required.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of kitchen, pantry, and catering areas throughout the day.
• Track inventory levels for food service and catering supplies, ensuring essential items remain available.
• Coverage of conference room operations, food service setups, or workplace hospitality functions.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to support smooth delivery, setup, and post-event service needs.
• Inspect shared hospitality areas regularly and address presentation or service issues promptly to maintain a consistent environment.
• Balance competing priorities and scheduled activities efficiently while meeting service expectations across multiple spaces.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in office services, hospitality support, catering, or a closely related environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage several tasks at once while adjusting to changing schedules and deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with guests, colleagues, and service providers.
• Experience supporting conference room operations, food service setups, or workplace hospitality functions.
• Comfortable working with vendors and handling follow-up related to deliveries, returns, or service coordination.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to cleanliness, presentation, and inventory control.
