About the role

DUSA Dundee University Students' Association is a charity with over 18,000 members, partnering with GSASA (Glasgow School of Art Students Association) to support management of the Vic.

Purpose

The purpose of the Team Member position is to provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude and to be dynamic in their role.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and delivery of events
• Welcoming customers and promoting events
• Working within food and beverage areas of operations
• Taking on projects to increase student engagement and enhance student experience

Support and Development

This role will be supported by the Supervisors on shift, and line managed by the Duty Manager, who will ensure training and development of the staff base, showing a clear path of progression through regular reviews.
