Hospitality and Brand Manager - Boal City Brewing

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years hospitality or beverage industry experience, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role
• Hands-on experience in a craft brewery taproom, winery tasting room, distillery tasting room strongly preferred
• Demonstrated proficiency in graphic design and marketing asset creation using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent programs
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse guests and lead a team effectively
• Strong organizational skills with experience managing schedules, inventory, and event logistics
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-touch environment
• Comfort with POS systems, basic spreadsheets, and social media platform management
