Hospitality Aide – Path to CNA

About the role

The Hospitality Aide position at Glendive Medical Center is an entry-level role designed to provide hands-on experience in a supportive environment. This role offers a pathway to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).

Responsibilities

• Assist with snack and hydration distribution
• Maintain clean and organized resident rooms
• Transport residents to meals, activities, and appointments
• Remove trays, linens, and waste as directed
• Clean and sanitize equipment and common areas
• Respond to call lights and notify CNAs of care needs
• Support activity setup and engagement
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment
