Hospitality Agent

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from prospective residents
• Follow up with leads
• Schedule and conduct property tours
• Guide applicants through the leasing process
• Aid with move-ins and resident communications
• Create and post content showcasing available units and community life
• Represent The Propolis professionally both online and in person

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable using technology and learning new software
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• English required, Spanish is a plus
• No prior leasing experience required
• Experience in hospitality, sales, customer service, restaurant, hotel, front desk, retail, or other people-facing roles is a plus
