Hospitalist Primary Therapist (.875 FTE)

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver individual, family, and group therapy
  • Complete assessments, behavior plans, treatment, and discharge planning
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and nursing staff to ensure integrated care
  • Lead discharge safety planning and psychoeducation
  • Serve as a key advocate for the patient and family
  • Participate in daily rounds and treatment planning meetings
  • Support families in understanding diagnoses and navigating care systems

What You Bring:

  • A Master's or Doctorate in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field
  • Montana licensure (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist)
  • Two years of experience working with children with serious emotional disturbance (preferred)
  • Expertise in individual, group, and family therapy
  • Ability to manage crisis, lead therapeutic interventions, and build trust with patients and families

Pay & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary starting at $78,652.00 annually for Master's degree holders and $84,694.00 annually for fully licensed applicants.
