Tucson is a sun-soaked desert gem that offers physicians an exceptional quality of life at a cost that's hard to match in most major metros. The city's mild, year-round climate opens the door to endless outdoor recreation — from hiking Sabino Canyon to mountain biking in the Santa Catalinas — while a thriving arts scene, world-class dining, and a rich multicultural heritage keep life vibrant beyond the hospital. Top-rated schools and tight-knit neighborhoods make it an ideal place to plant roots, and with the University of Arizona anchoring the community, Tucson has an intellectual energy that sets it apart from other Sun Belt cities.
