Hospitalist Physician - Louisville, KY

Responsibilities

• Record a detailed medical history of each patient in the electronic medical record, including, but not limited to, chief complaint, present condition, individual history, and family history.
• Perform appropriate physical examination of each patient.
• Analyze reports and/or findings of tests and personal examinations to assess the medical condition of the patient, including diagnosing the patient's injury or illness and formulating a prognosis.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree (required).
• One of: DO or MD (required).
• Desired: Doctor of Osteopathy or Medical Doctor.
