About the Role

Part-time Hospitalist Physician position offering clinical satisfaction, autonomy, and flexibility with a focus on work-life balance. This role involves no nights, no call, and no weekend clinical responsibilities.

Our physicians provide bedside wound care in over 3,200 facilities across 28 states, utilizing cutting-edge clinical technologies and the latest wound care modalities. You will become an expert in wound management, learning from highly qualified wound-certified physician trainers and Fellowship Directors.

Full-time W2 physicians earn on average $300,000 per year plus benefits, with a routine 45-hour work week for full-time positions. Part-time roles require a minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver modern wound management at the bedside in post-acute care settings, including Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals.
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
• Visit 2-3 facilities per day, treating approximately 20-30 patients daily.
• Perform clinical documentation at the point of care, in real-time during clinical rounds, using a proprietary wound-specific EMR.
• Operate as a mobile practice, visiting facilities within a 40–60 mile radius of the practice location.

Requirements

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state you wish to practice.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week for part-time roles.
• W2 employment contract (no work visa sponsorship is available).

Schedule

• Full-time work: Monday - Friday (7am-4pm) or part-time availability.
• Part-time role: minimum of 3 days per week.
• Full-time role: 4-5 days per week.
