Qualifications

• Board‑certified in internal medicine or family medicine.
• Hospitalist experience required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Schedule

Full‑time position follows a 7‑days‑on, 7‑days‑off rotation. The day position is 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM (11 hours), with one team member staying until 7:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Perform rounding and discharges as a day Hospitalist.
• Two dedicated admitters allow you to focus on patient care.
• Participate in daily MDRs and geographic rounding.
• Contribute to the rapid response team.
• Attend weekly huddles, monthly team meetings, and lunch‑and‑learn sessions.
• Work in Meditech Expanse, a web‑based system with access to the internal informatics platform.

Pay

Base salary for a full‑time day hospitalist is $275,000, with opportunities for performance‑based bonuses. Additional compensation is paid for shifts worked above the full‑time commitment.
