Local Team Collaboration Join our close-knit, well-established team of 21 physicians at Dignity St. John’s.Within the hospital, we work closely with our colleagues in other departments to ensure a smooth transition of care.Dignity St. John’s Regional Medical Center earned an “A” rating through Leapfrog Safety. Qualifications Board-certified/eligible in family or internal medicine.Authorized to work in the United States.New grads, residents, and fellows are welcome to apply. Scheduling Daytime hospitalist - 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM.Full-time positions follow a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation.Full-time hospitalists work 15 shifts per month. Key Responsibilities You will manage an open ICU, but no procedures are required for this role.Responsibilities include rounding, admissions, discharges, and cross coverage depending on the shift.
