Hospitalist PA (2p-10p Monday-Friday) - Louisville, KY

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates professional development and clinical competency.
• Provides medical care for patients of all ages according to the practice specialty.
• Serves in a clinical role to assist the Medical Director/Staff Physician in ensuring total patient care.
• Interacts directly with patients and patient families to maximize quality patient care.
• Applies knowledge of growth and development in patient interactions.
• Performs other related duties.
• Accesses, diagnoses, monitors, promotes health and protection from disease, and manages patients within age group of supervising physicians.
• Accesses and takes call for hospitalized patients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Physician Assistant (State)
• Physician Assistant Certification (National)
• One year of clinical experience (Desired)
• Master Degree (Desired)
