Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Role: Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP) Responsibilities: Provide inpatient care, managing approximately 17 patients per day with double physician coverage. Work a 7 on - 7 off night shift schedule, with no call and no procedures required. Qualifications & Skills: Licensure as an NP or PA, ability to credential within 30 days, and local candidates preferred. Strong clinical skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are essential. Key Duties: Deliver high-quality patient care in a small town setting, contributing to a community rich in culture and history. Ensure smooth patient flow and coordinate with physicians to maintain excellent care standards. Additional Information: Compensation ranges from $104.76 to $113.40 per hour.
