Hospitalist - Locum Tenens Coverage

Role Overview: This inpatient hospitalist position requires providing adult inpatient care in a 140-bed acute care facility, managing cases during day and night shifts on-site. The clinician will oversee an open ICU with 8 beds, handle vent management, intubations, central line placements, and respond to rapid responses and codes. Key Responsibilities Manage adult inpatient medical conditions within an open ICU setting.Perform procedures including vent management, intubations, and central line placement.Respond to rapid responses and codes as needed.Provide prescriptive authority and manage a variable case load. Qualifications & Skills Board certification is negotiable; prescriptive authority is required.Ability to perform critical procedures and manage ICU patients.Comfort with adult inpatient care in a fast-paced environment. Additional Details No call responsibilities outside of shifts.Location involves on-site work in a natural, outdoor-rich region.Assignment is ongoing, with both day and night shifts available.
