Location: Fort Atkinson, WI. Job Type: Full-Time. Setting: Hospital / Inpatient. Specialty: Internal Medicine. Position Highlights: Average 8-15 patients per provider per shift; 4-bed open ICU managed by the Hospitalist team; Procedures optional; Flexible scheduling patterns to support work-life balance; Established Hospital Medicine program. Summary: Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Hospitalist to join an established Hospital Medicine team. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient medical care.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage hospitalized patients.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Manage patients in a 4-bed open ICU.
• Participate in overnight coverage as needed.
• Perform procedures based on individual comfort and experience; procedures are not required.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow hospital standards.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Wisconsin.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Schedule

12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM-7:00 PM; approximately 13.3 shifts/month, with flexibility for NOC coverage as needed.
