This Hospitalist Director position is located in Western Vermont, offering the quintessential New England experience. The service area has 75,000 people, and the nearest regional airport is 45 minutes away.

Responsibilities

• See patients in 100% inpatient clinic
• Daytime model, Monday through Friday
• 50% patient-facing schedule, 50% administrative leadership
• No procedures
• ADC 35
• Open 10-bed ICU
• EMR: Meditech

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain medical license in Vermont
• 1-3 years of experience required
• Strong clinical, management, and leadership skills required
• Board Certified in Family or Internal Medicine

Compensation

• Hospital employed
• Salary range: $340,000–350,000, commensurate with experience
• $50k sign-on bonus, plus other potential bonuses
• Relocation assistance: $10,000
