Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive inpatient medical care for hospitalized adult patients.
- Admit, evaluate, diagnose, treat, and discharge patients in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with specialists, nursing staff, case management, pharmacy, and ancillary services to coordinate patient care.
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and quality improvement initiatives.
- Accurately document patient encounters using the electronic medical record.
- Ensure efficient patient throughput while maintaining high-quality clinical outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, consultants, and referring physicians.
- Participate in departmental meetings, peer review activities, and hospital committees as appropriate.
Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Eligible for an unrestricted New Jersey medical license.
- DEA certification required prior to employment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to quality patient care and teamwork.

Pay
Competitive compensation package with productivity incentives. Exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $250,000to $300,000.
