About the Role

Modern and efficient rural health clinic with an average daily census of 9 to 10. Week on/off schedule with 24-hour shifts; not required to be on-site but must be available within 30 minutes. No procedures other than intubation and code management.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitalist care for patients of all ages
• Manage intubations and code situations
• Focus on quality and patient care
• Collaborate effectively in team settings

Requirements

• Recent US Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine

Compensation and Benefits

• $340,000 salary with no shift-to-production requirements
• $10,000 quality bonus
• $30,000 signing bonus
