The posted compensation range of $174,960 is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
Job Details
As our hospitalist physician you will;
Lead and enhance advanced hospitalist services in Williston, ND, serving as a pivotal figure responsible for managing acute and complex inpatient cases, guiding transitions of care, and collaborating across specialties. Deliver high-impact inpatient care within modern facilities to a robust patient census with a diverse case mix, ensuring a challenging and highly rewarding practice. To be successful in this role you will;
- Be a Board-Certified Hospitalist Physician with a passion for leading and innovating inpatient care, driven by a desire for significant impact and continuous professional growth within a collaborative team.
- Demonstrate strong clinical skills and a commitment to quality inpatient care.

Job Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification or eligibility in Family or Internal Medicine
- Active or eligible license in the state of North Dakota
- Strong clinical skills with experience in Hospital Medicine
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients and families
