Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active or eligible license in the state of Texas.
• Strong clinical skills in inpatient medicine, including the assessment, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams in a hospital setting.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented hospital environment, adapting to a structured 7-on/7-off schedule.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care and ensuring patient satisfaction within a rapid response team supported model.

Qualifications

Pay

The posted compensation range of $320,000 - $340,000/year is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
