Hospitalist

Job Summary

The Hospitalist Physician provides comprehensive medical care to hospitalized patients, managing acute and chronic conditions from admission through discharge. This role includes evaluating patients, developing and overseeing treatment plans, and coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes and safe transitions of care. The Hospitalist also communicates effectively with patients and families and supports organizational goals related to patient safety, efficiency, and evidence-based practice.

Minimum Qualifications For The Job

• Education: MD or DO
• Preferred Experience: Hospital medicine experience preferred
• License(s): Board certification required. Board eligible considered for new graduates.
• Certification(s): Must meet the credentialing requirements through Medical Staff Services
