Role Overview: Seeking a Board-Certified OB/GYN to join a well-established OB Hospitalist team in a high-acuity, inpatient setting at a Level III Perinatal Center & NICU. This shift-based position involves no outpatient duties and offers predictable scheduling, ideal for physicians who enjoy delivery and obstetric emergencies. Key Responsibilities Provide inpatient obstetric care, including high-risk deliveries, in a dedicated 24/7 OB Emergency DepartmentCollaborate with in-house anesthesia, neonatology, and pediatric teams for comprehensive maternal and neonatal careSupport VBACs and perform primary C-sections; work within a non-LDRP labor/postpartum modelParticipate in teaching Family Medicine residents in a supportive environment Qualifications & Skills Board-certified in OB/GYNExperience in high-acuity obstetrics preferredStrong teamwork and communication skills Additional Details Full-time and PRN shift options with scheduled rotationsCompetitive compensation with shifts paid at $3,840 each, plus sign-on bonus, CME, licensure, and relocation allowancesComprehensive benefits including malpractice, health insurance, and retirement plansVisa support available, including J-1 sponsorship and Conrad 30 program
