Hospitalist APP (Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner) Part-Time/PRN

About the role

Join a new, state‑of‑the‑art hospital with 200 private rooms and a nationally‑recognized heart program that earned an A rating from the Leapfrog Group’s Hospital Safety Grade. Located in Silver Spring, Maryland — just seven miles from downtown Washington, D.C. — the facility offers easy access to Baltimore, Annapolis and Northern Virginia. As part of US Acute Care Solutions, you will practice compassionate, attentive, quality care alongside a cohesive team of 12 hospitalist physicians and 12 hospitalist APPs, managing approximately 181 daily encounters in a multispecialty setting where procedures are not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage approximately 181 daily patient encounters.
• Work alongside 12 hospitalist physicians and 12 hospitalist APPs.
• Participate in 12‑day rounder shifts, with 2 day and 3 night admitters.
• Provide care with multispecialty support; procedures are not required.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
• Prior hospitalist experience preferred.
