Job Details

• Perform evaluation and management services to patients requiring hospitalist services with the hospitalist practice
• Evaluate patient progress, adjust daily care plans and manage a targeted average daily census
• Facilitate specialty consultations
• Work alongside case managers, pharmacists, and nursing staff to ensure safe, efficient daily operations
• Cookordinate early discharge planning, reconcile medications, and arrange necessary post-acute or home health services to reduce hospital length of stay
• Provide empathetic updates to patients and their families, and coordinate transitions of care with the patient’s outpatient primary care physician
• 175 shifts per year, 12 hour day shifts
• Compensation ranges from $154,000 - $186,900 /year
• We are offering a base salary, wRVU productivity, and an annual bonus incentive. Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance is available

Job Requirements

• ARNP or Physician Assistant Degree/Certification
• Active, unrestricted license in the state of Washington
• Ability to obtain a DEA with full prescriptive authority needed for the specific practice
• Strong clinical diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to all patients
