Hospitalist Advanced Practice Provider

Provide comprehensive inpatient medical care as part of a Hospitalist Service, collaborating with attending physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities Conduct patient rounds and participate in ongoing inpatient management.Document clinical findings, assessments, and care plans.Order and coordinate diagnostic tests and therapeutic procedures.Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and next steps.Lead discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care.Coordinate care across specialties and support interdisciplinary teamwork. Qualifications & Skills APRN or PA licensure with the ability to manage inpatient medicine patients.Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient/family education skills.Competence in documentation, care coordination, and ordering appropriate services.Capability to perform invasive procedures only within credentialing and required supervision.
