About the role
As the RN VP of Nursing Services, you will work in concert with the Chief Executive Officer to direct the Nursing Department, ensuring quality standards of care per current Federal, State, and facility standards, guidelines, and regulations. In the absence of the Chief Clinical Officer, you will assume responsibility for center operations. You will conduct the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation—within the scope of the State's Nurse Practice Act of Registered Nurse licensure.
Responsibilities
- Direct the Nursing Department to maintain quality care standards.
- Assume responsibility for center operations in the absence of the Chief Clinical Officer.
- Conduct the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and facility regulations and guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred).
- Current RN licensure in the state of Louisiana.
- Five years of hospital healthcare experience (preferred).
- At least 2 years of nursing supervisory experience (required).

Pay
$115,000 to $125,000 annually.
