About the role

The Greeter plays a crucial role in ensuring guests, patients, and visitors receive warm, efficient, and courteous service. This position requires a friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant and professional attitude towards guests, patients, and colleagues.
• Greet guests with a friendly and timely response.
• Answer the phone professionally and use appropriate greetings.
• Assist with guest inquiries, directions, and initial questions about the facility or services.
• Provide information about facilities, amenities, and local attractions.
• Ensure confidentiality and deliver messages as needed.
• Report accidents and incidents promptly and follow emergency protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years old.
• Criminal background check and drug screening required.
• One to three months of related experience or equivalent training.
• Knowledge of equipment and emergency procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively and prioritize tasks under pressure.

Skills

• Standard English reading, speaking, and writing skills.
• Basic computer skills and typing ability.
• Understanding of 24-hour and military time systems.
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
