About the role
The Shuttle Driver plays a crucial role in Towne Park, ensuring guests are transported safely and efficiently to and from various locations. This position requires a friendly, efficient, and courteous approach to driving and assisting guests.
Responsibilities
- Transport guests to and from the hotel, hospital, or casino in a safe and timely manner.
- Learn and remember pick-up and destination points.
- Communicate courteously and professionally with guests, staff, and colleagues.
- Inspect and maintain the vehicle before and during shifts.
- Ensure guest confidentiality and protect client financial and identifying information.
- Operate wheelchair lifts and assist guests with mobility needs.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and manual transmission skills.
- Pass a criminal background check, MVR, and drug screen.
- Age 21 or older.
- Current Medical Examiners Certificate.
- Complete Wheelchair Safety Training.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- One to three months related experience or training.
Skills
- Read and write standard English.
- Add, subtract, multiply, and divide with units of American money.
- Understand 24-hour and military time systems.
- Understand rates applicable to time passed.
- Drive a vehicle that seats up to 15 people.

- Paid time off accrues at a rate of 0.0192 hours per hour worked up to a maximum of 40 hours per calendar year.

Pay
The hourly base pay range for this position is $16 per hour.
Schedule
The work schedule for this position will fluctuate based on business volume. Availability is currently sought from Monday - Friday, 2:00pm - 10:00pm.
