Hospital Security Officer

About the role

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer for a concierge post in a hospital. This role emphasizes building meaningful connections and customer service, working with people on all shifts in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Must have Florida Class D license
• Prior hospital experience a plus
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience – even better

Pay

• Competitive hourly wage of $18.00 / Hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees)

Schedule

• PART TIME: Sunday - Monday 2PM - 10PM
