About the role

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Tactical Security Officer in Springfield, Tennessee. As a Tactical Security Guard you will need to read the environment, anticipate risk, and act accordingly, using your keen sense of observation. Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Valid Driver License and Clean Motor Vehicle Report
• Minimum age 21 years
• Military, Law Enforcement, or Corrections experience
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process
• First aid certification is an asset
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $20.00 per hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Schedule

Set schedule: Full-time. Thursday 1pm to 9pm and Friday through Sunday 6pm to 6am.
