Kedrion Biopharma Inc. is an international company that collects and fractionates blood plasma to produce and distribute plasma-derived therapeutic products for use in treating and preventing serious diseases, disorders, and conditions such as Hemophilia, Primary Immune System Deficiencies, and Rh-Sensitization.

About the role

Lead growth, shape hospital partnerships, and make a meaningful impact on patient care across New York City and Long Island. This highly visible commercial role combines strategic account management, business development, clinical education, and sales leadership to help deliver solutions that support hospitals and the patients they serve. Candidates must reside within the assigned geography.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a territory sales strategy that drives revenue growth and delivers against quarterly and annual business objectives.
  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities within hospitals and healthcare systems throughout New York City and Long Island.
  • Expand utilization of Kedrion's product portfolio by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored, value-focused solutions.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with physicians, pharmacists, purchasing leaders, administrators, emergency medicine specialists, infectious disease specialists, and other key stakeholders.
  • Conduct comprehensive hospital calls that engage multiple decision-makers and support alignment around patient care and product adoption.
  • Create and maintain strategic account plans that support local, regional, and national business goals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive activity, procurement changes, and healthcare system dynamics to inform territory strategy and prioritize opportunities.
  • Utilize account and regional data to identify business risks and growth opportunities, adapting plans as needed to maximize results.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and clinical education programs that clearly communicate the value, differentiation, and appropriate use of Kedrion therapies.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to customers by providing ongoing support, education, and insights that help improve patient outcomes.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of disease states, customer needs, treatment pathways, and the clinical benefits of Kedrion products.
  • Develop effective territory routing plans and schedules to ensure optimal customer coverage and engagement.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and regularly track progress against strategic objectives and account plans.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Customer Service, and other cross-functional partners to ensure coordinated execution of business initiatives.
  • Share customer and market insights that contribute to brand strategies, competitive positioning, and future product launches.
  • Maintain accurate customer information within CRM systems and leverage data-driven insights to improve customer targeting and sales effectiveness.
  • Use CRM tools to plan customer interactions, document activity, evaluate performance, and support business planning.
  • Represent Kedrion professionally while advancing long-term customer relationships and contributing to sustained territory growth.

Requirements

  • Must reside within the New York City and Long Island geography.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Proven success in hospital sales, hospital-focused business development, or a related commercial role within biopharma, specialty pharmaceuticals, or healthcare.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a large territory and drive growth within complex hospital systems and healthcare organizations.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Ability to build credibility and develop relationships with a broad range of clinical, operational, and administrative stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect sales activities to broader organizational objectives and commercial strategy.
  • Experience analyzing market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities to develop effective territory plans.
  • Proficiency using CRM systems to manage customer relationships, sales activities, and business performance.
