About the Role
As President, you will provide comprehensive operational leadership for your specific entity. You will execute the system's strategic vision within your defined domain, translating overarching organizational goals into actionable, localized plans. You will be fully accountable for the operational and financial performance of your area, including day-to-day management, budget oversight, and leadership of all local staff. You will report directly to a higher-level executive within the system.
You will lead teams in managing resources—personnel, budget, and facilities—to meet operational targets and deliver high-quality patient care. Additionally, you will engage with community stakeholders, local leaders, and patient populations to build strong relationships and solidify our presence in the local community.
Monitoring performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency, patient satisfaction, and financial health will be key responsibilities, all aligned with our mission and values.
Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee a portfolio of healthcare assets, demonstrating a solid understanding of different service lines and delivery models within the market.
- Plan and implement new businesses using varied business models and strategic relationships with external partners and physicians.
- Understand attributes that create successful organizations, including legal, structural, economic, and employment models.
- Develop and execute strategy for each line of business/service within the market area, ensuring viability and modifying processes or structures as needed.
- Facilitate and reinforce an institutional mindset for clinical innovation to reduce unnecessary variations, improve clinical outcomes, and reduce costs.
- Develop key service lines by leveraging clinical program tools, implementing outpatient strategy, and identifying market-scale opportunities (e.g., recruiting, education) across assigned service areas.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (required).
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of direct management experience.
- Progressively senior-executive healthcare experience within a complex, multi-site, multi-area healthcare organization, including acute-care hospital operations.
Preferred: Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or management (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

Pay
$185.44 - $259.62 per hour.
