Hospital Operations Director
Overview
VPCH, the State of Vermont's only state-run psychiatric hospital, operates 24/7 to serve some of Vermont's most vulnerable residents. Reporting to the CEO and serving on the Executive Leadership Team, the Hospital Operations Director leads critical non-clinical operations and helps shape and execute hospital strategy to ensure safe, reliable, and high-quality services.

Minimum Qualifications
- Master's degree OR Bachelor's degree and three (3) years managerial and/or operations experience.
- Eight (8) years managerial and/or operations experience.
Environmental Factors
Work in an office-based setting with frequent tours of hospital units. Contact with patients is expected in the performance of duties.
