Qualifications

• Board-certified/eligible in internal medicine.
• New graduates, residents, and fellows are welcome to apply.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Demonstrates strong communication skills and a proven ability to work collaboratively with PCPs, specialists, patients, and families to ensure coordinated care and high patient satisfaction.
• Is business-minded, with an interest in learning and understanding the operational and financial aspects of a private practice hospitalist model.
• Has excellent documentation skills.
• Is flexible, open to feedback, and willing to embrace our approach to patient care and practice operations.

Scheduling

Full-time positions follow a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation. Work primarily day shifts, with approximately 2–3 night shifts per month.

Key Responsibilities

Our hospitalist team is trained in basic life support and advanced cardiovascular life support, participating in rapid response and code teams. We use EPIC and have access to Sound’s informatics platform.

Rewards And Compensation

Expected annual 1099 compensation for the first year is $220k-$240k.
