In hospital medicine, clinical leadership drives meaningful change. Our physician teams deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care throughout the inpatient journey, ensuring timely decisions, coordinated treatment plans, and seamless transitions. We lead with clarity, compassion, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Work in an open ICU with intensivist coverage.
  • Opportunity to work with medical students and Family Medicine residents.

Qualifications

  • Board-certified/eligible in family or internal medicine.
  • New graduates, residents, and fellows are welcome to apply.
  • We proudly sponsor H1B visa candidates and provide in-house visa specialists, licensing, and credentialing support.

Scheduling

  • Full-time positions follow a 7-days-on, 7-days-off schedule. Rotating through days and nights.
  • Our physicians work approximately 4 weeks of nights per year.
